Before you ask

Can one customer have Internet and Cable?

Yes. Each connection is billed separately at its own price, so a customer with Internet and IPTV gets two invoices.

Can I move my existing customers over?

If you use Alfa, Ebone, Riders or DNT, customers sync from the panel. Others can be added or imported in bulk.

What if I make a mistake in a fee run?

Delete the batch from Fees Creator. Its invoices are voided and you can run it again.

Does the app need internet all the time?

The app keeps customer data on the phone, so collectors can work with weak signal.
